This is an excellent quality starter that will suit both needs. The gear reduction helps the starter turn the flywheel over easier, resulting in increased torque. It is also "self supporting", meaning it does not require the use of the pilot bearing in the trans. Can also fit automatic stickshift (autostick).
Fits Type 1 transmission, or '68 to '75 bus trans.
