The Type 1 air cooled VW engine has no traditional oil filter. Some folks like to add magnets to the bottom of the strainer in order to capture destructive tiny magnetic particles and remove them from the oil. This is a pack of three SUPER STRONG rare earth magnets that will stick right on the the bottom of the strainer. Strainer shown for size comparison, but not included.
