GERMAN Rod Bearings Set, Kolbenschmidt, .010" UNDER, Type 1 1600cc+ Engine

Many "old school" engine builders remember the days when you were able to get good German bearings for your engine build.  Those days are still here!  KS still makes rod bearings that can be used for both stock and high performance engines.  They are proven to hold up in the most demanding of applications. Measure your crankshaft journal where the rod will be installed to insure the correct size, as many crankshafts have been machined down.  Here are the available sizes:

2.165" = Standard size
2.155" = .010" under
2.145" = .020" under
2.135" = .030" under
2.125" = .040" under

Sold as a complete set of 8 bearings, 4 for each connecting rod.
