This kit contains one of each of the following sizes of end play shims: .24mm, .30mm, .32mm, .34mm, .36mm, & .38mm. These shims are used for setting the crankshaft end play. This is needed any time a flywheel and/or engine main bearings are replaced. It is critical that crankshaft end play is set between .003" and .005". 3 shims are needed at a minimum, although it is not unheard of to need 4.
